6 Method Hair Extension Course. So, what’s it all about?
This is an exciting skill set course which will enable you to become qualified in hair extensions and to be able to gain the skills needed to apply hair extensions to your clients and gain insurance. Whether you are an experienced hairdresser or wish to pursue a new career this course covers all aspects for you. You will be issued a Certificate upon completion which will enable you to gain insurance and allow you also to get a discount from Trade Suppliers, which we give you a list of.
The course will start of by running through Health and Safety in the work environment and then the practical side will start where you get to work on your mannequin and complete the 6 methods with our help and guidance, so we are with you every step of the way. There will then be a 30-minute break for lunch. The last stage of the course we will go in depth with information on how you will market your business, marketing strategies. We will also talk about suppliers and insurance, and you will be given a list of all the suppliers and insurance companies we recommend as a company. You will then be provided with your Accredited Certificate of Completion and be able to leave with the confidence you are now on your way to becoming a fully trained Hair Extension Technician. But don’t forget we are here to help you every step of the way even when you finish the course, it doesn’t stop there. You will be added to a WhatsApp Group Chat and the company’s Direct WhatsApp Chat to ask any questions you want. Remember no question is a stupid question so fire away!
The course covers Micro Ring. Micro Tube, Nano Ring, Celebrity Weave, Invisible Weave and Tape application methods so you will have 6 methods to advertise as a technician to meet each individual clients need. We will also talk about products, and which are the best for hair extensions, how to prepare the clients hair before each application as well as colour blending and how to use colours to add highlights or lowlights to the hair without having to colour it with dyes etc. which can be damaging. We will cover volume and length and talk about how to create this with many techniques we can use and of course our different methods. We will show you how to creatively and effectively cut and finish the hair with the use of scissors and razors. Maintenance and Aftercare are an extremely important part of the course so we will also talk about this and what to do if you ever have a difficult client and how to handle this.
